Health & Fitness: Getting Back On Track

Hey Ladies,

So I feel like I'm putting on a few pounds, and I need to get back on track. I use to lift weights and really enjoy working out, but something went wrong and I fell off. I decided to do something about and get back on track. I'm going change my eating habits, design a workout routine that best fits my lifestyle and I can stick to, and don't deprive myself while I'm getting back on track.
